The 'Open Door Policy' is an open door policy in the true sense. You are free to have your say and bring ideas to the table. No repercussions or consequences. The leadership team is experienced in the industry and realistically proactive. They are supportive and heavily invested in your growth.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Good comp plan. Base + commission. 401k. etc
Unlimited PTO is a game changer.
Given the great culture, you'd think you will have to compromise somewhere. However, the compensation package is market competitive. On top of that, frequent performance based competition help you earn extra. I also love the Free Lunch Mondays and Early Offs on Fridays.

Teamwork, family atmosphere, and we push each other to get where we want to go!

My coworkers are best of both worlds - experienced and professional and fun to work with. I see that they work towards personal and collectively team and company goals. They are collaborative and hands on when it comes sharing their knowledge.

Before I accepted the provisional offer, I was given a chance of a thorough shadow session. It helped me have a taste of my typical day and helped me understand the if the opportunity aligned with my expectation too. I quite liked the fact that they interviews were very open, focused, casual.
