Has been a great experience so far.

It is a great experance

I wouldn't rather be nowhere but with FIS any spare time that I have at all the best people in the world the best company in the world and good pay very good pay

Micro management should be watching the campus but some supervisors are watching the specialist more

They are very caring and want to make sure I do my best

Their communication skills work very well

They are very friendly they work with you on all levels and make sure you understand everything that's going on and what you're doing and they're very dedicated

Leadership is very importent and honest

Very nice but just have no respect for women in law enforcement positions.

Have shift supervisors work in the specialist position from time to time cause some look down on the specialist job of watching and observing

Actual leadership, on the floor maybe do a shift at that time before you try changing something about that time of consistent problems. Have leads who actually don't play favorites. Walking around and checking would help prevent this more possibly

Better Communication and listening skills

All are is hole staf is good behavior

Weekly paycheck are very nice

Pay and PTO are fair.

Compensation is above average better than competitors

Salart and time off with 401 k

Specialist should be paid more especially if they gonna be walking up to 22,000 steps pure shift

The cost of living has increased exponentially, food, groceries, gas and rent. Can not even rent for studio less then 1200, gas over $5, a week of groceries $75-90 for one person. It's become the next California death trap for the working class.

I dont think the pay is santa clara county is comparable with other companies. but the company makes up for it

To many things to mention

Team work and hard working

When you get a person who knows the job well, some employees do a great job. Leads tend to just want a social day....... They don't get fired because no one to replace them. So nothing changes

Very good group of hardworking individuals

Team mates generally good, solid people.

More Knowledge and experience, comes with time

Most co-workers but still good old boy system

How much everyone cares to make your workday as less stressful as possible

No micromanaging or penny pinching here

Overall they take good care of the employees, so no real complaint

Hold shift supervisor accountable for their behavior and listen to the specialist alot more

I'm not sure, how you would change it for the better. I left in good terms but never had a exit interview or can ever get ahold of a supervisor (ignored any attempts to contact me back) still waiting after many long hours & picked up shifts their quick to ghost you. Highly recommend not working here

Simple interview should be more up front about the walking that you will be doing until they figure out another way to help the specialist job be a little more comfortable

Interviewer was very nice but glorified the position quite a bit.

The fact that it felt like I was talking to a friend and not being interrogated

Screen supervisors better before giving them a job because some have really bad attitudes and hide who they really are I believe a psych evaluation test should be given
