Not a female friendly company if you are in an ODO (Off Duty Officer) position. All of the good work assignments are made by males and given to the same group of guys - good old boy system is still in place here sadly.

Interviewer was very nice but glorified the position quite a bit.

Very nice but just have no respect for women in law enforcement positions.
