10+ years working for this company.I used to love to come to work..it felt like I was part a team. New manager past three years have just been hell..from the get go he told me I was in the wrong position...30 plus years experience in nursery but he wanted to move me to create a job for his buddy.
Coworkers are generally friendly and helpful
Very interesting job, very good schedule, a lot of good training courses for professional development. Only issue I see is standardization. Prices and work procedures are not properly standardized throught the company. This is because of it's aquisitions. Company is growing rapidly which is good
