Love my coworkers, when it's busy season everyone works great as a team and has everyone's back. Slow season gets a bit long in the day. Need to structure training classes and video's to better fit the branch. I don't like that they wait 3 months to pay out yearly bonus.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Stock options, just because one salary works in one region doesn't mean it's good in another region. Say like Iowa vs. California.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Always willing to help, coach, listen, and works around everyone's strengths and weaknesses. Doesn't aak something they wouldn't or hasn't done themselves. Very approachable.
