- What did you like most about the interview process?It was informal. I felt relaxed with each stage. No panel interviews. I was not asked to provide sample work to prove I could do the job.
- What did you like most about the interview process?The opportunity to just talk strategy and big picture goals versus just sitting down and answering the same questions from different people.
- What makes you most happy at work?I get to work on many different projects so each day is different and I get to sit in on lots of meetings where I am learning new things each day.

- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Salary should be reviewed annually. If employees are meeting their goals, the company should reward that.
- What does the leadership team need to get better at?Provide department budgets. Professional development & training. Look at other remote-first companies to see what they offer for office equipment budget, perks like monthly gift cards for lunch, half-day Fridays during the summer, PTO, pet insurance, etc. Offer a company match for 401K.
