Mr. Kenneth J. Saunders, also known as Ken, CPA has been the Chief Financial Officer of Sizmek Inc. since October 07, 2014 and its Corporate Secretary since March 2015. Mr. Saunders serves as Executive Vice President of Sizmek Inc. He has been the Chief Financial Officer of Social Solutions, Inc. since October 2017. Mr. Saunders served as Secretary of HNC Software Inc. from January 2000 to August 2002. He served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of HNC Software Inc. from December 1999 to August 2002. After joining HNC in January 1997 and prior to August 2002, he held various financial positions including Treasurer, Corporate Controller and Vice President of Corporate Finance. Mr. Saunders served as Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer of Risk Data Corporation from January 1992 to August 1996. From January 1991 to January 1992, he was Vice President of Finance and Administration for A-Mark Financial Corporation. He held a variety of finance and accounting management roles in private industry, as well as with public accounting firm, Arthur Anderson & Co.
