Approachability. Everyone is encouraged to ask questions and to share ideas.

Everyone treats each other as an adult and does their job. You'd never hear "this is not my job" to any question though!

Pleasant people and environment - everyone's willing to help each other. They're flexible too.

Remote work, flexible hours, ownership of issues

Everyones willingness to help and the approachability of everyone is incredibly refreshing
