I worked in Aftermarket division. The company as whole is great. The benefits are great but they need to invest in Training people. I found customer servise division is run very poorly. Their system is old, mismanaged.

What are some of the best things about your team?
All team members are nice and willing to help each other.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel the customer service representatives are doing a job of 4 different departments. Phones, Order processing, Training, and handling credit and debits. I feel all reps are over worked and therefore lot of mistakes are being made. The entire staff is no more then a year old. no proper training
