Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Getting paid more, fair pay for fair work
I feel the customer service representatives are doing a job of 4 different departments. Phones, Order processing, Training, and handling credit and debits. I feel all reps are over worked and therefore lot of mistakes are being made. The entire staff is no more then a year old. no proper training
The local labour market is offering a higher remuneration for skills & knowledge that we offer.

We have a mutual respect for one another and are always eager to help each other out.

New management team would be better

I interviewed during COVID and was able be of the first phone interviews due to the pandemic.

Everthing i come across is best
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Long lead times and the attitude that the customer will wait to get SKF quality
No clear vision and a mix of performance indicators between industrial and Automotive results making a realistc evaluation and future oriented decision very difficult
By giving the SKF Branches more freedom in their business, i.e. allowing them to lead social media channels for their location,...
