The 401K matching is excellent for a small company

The 401k matching is on par with larger companies, however it is not unavailable until after 1 year.

Both Bonusly, implemented Oct 2017, and the client bonus, implemented Jan 2018, are nice bumps to the paycheck that also encourage employees to contribute to the company core values including integrity, synergy, and waste reduction.

I think for being such a young company our benefits mirror and/or beat a lot of large and more seasoned companies in the same industry.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The company is still growing, so the insurance premiums are very high. I would also like to see some kind of training incentive to help employees keep up with their craft.
