Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Getting the raises we were told we would get upon being hired would be a good start..... also making more than barely aboveboard minimum wage might help too

Not much... included unpaid “try out shift” where the office people forget about you and only the low workers pay atte
