What's the office vibe like at SmartAsset?

It's a very startup work hard culture. I wouldn't call it fun at all and I think that stems from the finance background of many of the employees. The worst part is egos, sometimes so big it is hard to get things done. That said, most people are cool, they do their work and believe in the company's growth goals.
