Courtney leads Growth Marketing (formerly Demand Generation) for SmartBear. Our high-velocity sales team relies on consistent, quality leads – across a breadth of products – which puts ever-increasing expectations on growth marketing. In response, in two years with the company, Courtney has doubled the size of her team, implemented predictive scoring and modeling, kept the focus on growing top-of-funnel, and increased mid-funnel conversions. All this while (somewhat) obsessively improving alignment between marketing and sales. Prior to SmartBear, she spent 10 years at Experian with roles in demand, communications, and content marketing. She lives on the south shore of Massachusetts, and spends her free time chasing after her two sons, aged 6 and 3, with her high-school-sweetheart husband.
