What do you like best about the leadership team?
Transparency, honesty & it's core values
The leadership cares about people on an individual level. They care about your professional advancement, education, work life balance, and wellness. If there are any issues they are also handled professionally and within reason. Smartronix is like having a tight knit professional family.
Leadership does a great job of communicating company goals and values. They put an emphasis on family and work-life balance as well.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Health care Benefits is subsidized
Our 401K is matched at 6% and there are numerous benefits. We even have a concierge service to help with that work life balance.

What are some of the best things about your team?
We are always looking for ways to improve and it isn't just one person driving the team. Everyone puts in ideas and we utilize everyone's inputs.
Our team is hard-working and I think everyone appreciates and values one another and the efforts we all make to contribute to the company as a whole.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Lives by its core values
We are like a family. The owner and the Executive Suite always walk around to see how everyone is. It's not a pulse check on work. They actually are stopping by just to say Hi. It makes your day.
There's a great work-life balance. The owners like to walk around and say hi to everyone and get to know the employees so you get the sense that they genuinely care and the company is run as a family-friendly business.

What did you like most about the interview process?
Hiring manager and talent recruiter
The recruiter was very transparent with every step of the process. She stayed in touch with me a lot so I was never lost.
It was fairly quick. There weren't a lot of hoops to jump through.

Being trusted & managing own schedule
The positive morale and get togethers. Everyone here is friendly and make sure you feel welcomed and even supported.
Everything. I love my job and the people I get to work with on a daily basis are fantastic.
