Fun is not just working but really living and enjoying our time together! Family - We genuinely care for one another and accept and embrace each individual’s family. Whether it be for a birthday party or a funeral or anything in-between, we show up for one another. We are a SmartyFamily. Outwardness - We yearn for human connection and meaningful relationships with those we interact with, from our vendors to our customers to our competitors, and especially our SmartyFamily. We strive to see the humanity of others and consider their needs, challenges, and objectives so we can have a positive impact as we go about our work.
