What do you like best about the leadership team?
Flexibility in our group. Very easy to work for
helping other achieve their goals for the company
We often try to help each other out.
They are organized and keep everyone busy.

better at being patient and learn other languages
What is the best part about your compensation package?
medical and vision and dental
The health insurance benefits and the 401k match.
We have very good insurance, compared to most out there these days. Copay options, with low out of pocket and premium costs.
The overtime I receive for working any day after 8 hours and for working Saturdays and Sundays
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
it would be better if i were treated with respect and probably pay 15 an hour
What are some of the best things about your team?
some people are good but others are not
On time and very willing to help all of our jobs run smoothly on a daily basis
They often know how to calm a situation down.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
HR does not follow the proper state rules regarding employees issues
My coworkers need to work together in unison
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
i guess that people are not that mean
Break time when we all order lunch and discuss what our day has been like and how we can do things better
Everyone is very friendly and eager to work .

my managers since of humor
Pleasant people, greeted nicely, interesting conversation.
It was very thorough and allowed me to see what to expect.

my pay check and co workers
I have great coworkers around me that make each day enjoyable. Little to no issues and we work together as a team.

its just that people are rude sometimes
I believe my compensation does not reflect the amount of work that I do.
