On Roku, press the * button on your remote to open the Closed Captions settings.

On your computer:
Open iTunes, and from the Account menu, click Sign In
Sign in with your Apple ID.
From the Account menu, click View My Account.
On the Account Information screen, scroll down to the Settings section.
To the right of Subscriptions, click Manage.
On the Subscriptions page, select Smithsonian Earth. (Note: If you don't see a subscription in iTunes and are still being charged, make sure that you're signed in with the correct Apple ID.)
Turn off Automatic Renewal to cancel your subscription. Your subscription will stop at the end of the current billing cycle.

Log in to SmithsonianEarthTV.com on your web browser. If youdon'tremember your account password, or never set one up, select 'FORGOT PASSWORD' on the Log In page.
Once youre logged in, open the Menu and select 'ACCOUNT'.
On the Account Info page, select 'VIEW / EDIT ACCOUNT INFORMATION' to change your email address.
