What is the best part about your compensation package?

The best part is I have bonus and nice benefits

Benefit is decent. Base + bonus are competitive.

It's literally the first time I have ever had health insurance through my employer and not my parents' or my spouse's.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I was lied to in my entrance interview about starting salary

There is a "discretionary" match to our 401K - no competitive match on percentage earned. Also, our family medical coverage is extremely expensive - at about $750.00/month.

The offer package is low and no room to negotiate
