Diverse, incorporating its people always
Everyone is included and no one is looked down on or bullied. It's so very positive. Extremely refreshing! I am so very blessed, lucky and look forward to each and every day as an SMSer. ^_^
The software is user friendly.
Upper management is always yelling and complaining. Good is never good enough at sms

Nothing really... Interviewing with two ppl simultaneously is nerve racking.
What makes you most happy at work?
When I do my job and do it well. I love the feeling of exceeding our residents expectations and making sure that our clients and affiliates
