What do you like best about the leadership team?
Great vision from the CEO that transcends through the leadership.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
All locations are independently owned. Our owner is a very forgetful person, often forgets to pay us on time. Doesnt come in much, so doesnt really understand the day to day.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It's higher than minimum wage, but its a relatively simple job.
Its fair and the company culture is unified and consistent.
