I get paid a good salary, there is investment in my education and I feel the company invests in my career and I also have an equity share.

we get on well, we are complimentary and there is no politics.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
we make beer together on the weekend, we joke around a lot, we aren't afraid to say anything. We don't have any politics.
