Overall this company has proven as very responsive and employee-oriented. They showed up multiple times in their time of need and I can tell they value their employee's well-being. That said process management can feel chaotic at times, so I hope they improve in this regard in the future.
My company and my position are a perfect match for me. I was looking for a family-type corporate culture, a supportive environment, and creative minds working with me. Here at SOC Prime, I've got even more. All ideas are appreciated, considered, and validated and then implemented ASAP.
It's inspiring to work with them, see and share their passion about what SOC Prime does. It's also one of the reasons of the motivation - Leadership always shows where we are, where we have to be and how we should reach our goals.
