- What do you like best about the leadership team?The leadership team is driving the success of not only the CRM product and brand but for their team as well.
- What are some of the best things about your team?The people at SofTrek are great! Since Joe Klimek has come on board as CEO, we have been greatly encouraged to grow our company culture into something new & unique. Whether it's summer company-wide BBQ's, to 'Office Olympics', there is always something exciting and fun lined up for the team.
- What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?The office can be a bit quiet at times (as everyone here works really hard & is dedicated to the work they do) but we do find time to do come together as a team to do fun & interesting things to give a break from the normal day-to-day workload.
