What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are open to honest conversations and new methods of production.
The leadership team is hard-working and they are not afraid to put in extra hours when necessary.
Most of management cares. The ones who do not are the problem.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Listening to coworkers ideas and let them have more input.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Medical and stock benefits are very competitive.
The compensation package is commensurate with the size of the company and its ability to provide for its employees.
salary and medical. 401K and Roth are good too.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Severely underpaid for an aerospace company.
What are some of the best things about your team?
A diverse group who enjoys collaborative efforts.
We work as one unit and understand the objectives of our company.
Most coworkers are amazing and we love to help each other out
Hard working and genuinely care about the product they are manufacturing
The people are all vested in the projects and are willing to help/train.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We endeavor to keep deadlines while remaining productive and engaged.
Free to discuss issues. Open door policy. And they listen.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Human resources department needs to be reviewed as harshly as all other departments. The environment that some of management bring needs to be more positive

The interview process is part and parcel of finding employment.
