What do you like best about the leadership team?
they are trying to motivate the employees
They are positive and energized about the company product and the effectiveness it has for the customer, the environment and the company.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Manage excess better.
Implementing change that works. Pay your employees a liveable wage. Don't follow the path of other corporations and underpay your employees.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I have the next newest iteam made by solar , like ved by everyone.
Sincere effort is shown through more bonuses.
Open PTO. Good base salary and incentivized based on performance.
Its solid coverage. Nothing super fancy.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Extremely underpaid. This is not a liveable wage.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
There's no motivation and everyone complains.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
there is encouragement to work together
Caring customer service and training.
Colleagues push you to push your own barriers. Step outside of your comfort zone in the way you work. There is also respect for different backgrounds and a desire to be an inclusive and diverse workplace.

Respect for work/life balance

the interviewers were very approachable
They were genuinely interested in my talents and how they would match the job title, as well as, representation of the company.

What makes you most happy at work?
Meeting new customers each day and helping them with their needs.
Great tools in place. The company doesn't confuse production and performance with attendance. They value your presence, but they also understand quality work above all else.
Being able to achieve success and change at higher levels than I could in other companies.
