What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are very open and Transparent people
The leadership team at SOLTECH is very involved and hands-on. They listen to the team and are constantly working on improving team productivity and collaboration.
They are always willing to listen to anyones concerns. They are willing to help and make the necessary changes to improve employee morale.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Follow corporate policies not nepotism

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Health benefits and annual bonus and salary reviews.
The Compensation is decent as well as the bonus structure.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
yes, get paid 20% below market
What are some of the best things about your team?
They have a lot of knowledge and training skills
The team has a variety of talented engineers in different techs, this provides an environment to constantly learn from team members.
I work with some of the best tech people in the Atlanta area.
