They are very open and Transparent people
The leadership team at SOLTECH is very involved and hands-on. They listen to the team and are constantly working on improving team productivity and collaboration.
They are always willing to listen to anyones concerns. They are willing to help and make the necessary changes to improve employee morale.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Health benefits and annual bonus and salary reviews.
The Compensation is decent as well as the bonus structure.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We have a lot of collaboration during a project and I feel this is very helpful in getting the work done right the first time.

They have a lot of knowledge and training skills
The team has a variety of talented engineers in different techs, this provides an environment to constantly learn from team members.
I work with some of the best tech people in the Atlanta area.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I am able to work remotely which allows me to maximize my time working and allow me time to do family things.
