Supporting their stores & employees with living wages in line with with area.

Work life balance. Fair scheduling , supporting stores during large events, ie inventory, holiday, semi annual sales.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Associates try to support each other. They take great care of the product , and store appearance.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Customer first philosophy at all times. Tasks supported by additional hours when store is not open to public.
