What do you like best about the leadership team?
DSM is great and motivated
The Store manager is great!! Very helpful and motivating, but the Assistant Manager is rude and uses her power to retaliate against her employees.
My store manager is the best !
In store management was amazing, but district manager and other superiors were awful.

Learning how to keep employees motivated and happy instead of pushing them away constantly

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel extremely undervalued, taken advantage of and manipulated into thinking there would be positive change
Work life balance. Fair scheduling , supporting stores during large events, ie inventory, holiday, semi annual sales.
I am being underpaid especially compared to my coworkers with the same job title.

What are some of the best things about your team?
The team at my store are incredible. They make you or the customers feel warm and welcome. They dont make you feel stupid for not knowing. When you are having a personal issuee they are always there to back you up
I love my team. We support each other, both at work and outside of work. We all get along great and the overall culture is amazing. Empowered women empower women vibes
The employees work well together and are able to solve any issue that arrises
Theyre very supportive and always willing to help each other out
Their loyalty to the co, values, each other, customers & product.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
No store team meetings because there are not enough payroll hours. Inter store conference calls keep team leadership in the same page.

Associates try to support each other. They take great care of the product , and store appearance.
They support the working morher !
The product we provide to our customers is one they want and need and I feel good selling it.

What makes you most happy at work?
When we get a customer that is adimit they arent getting anytjing and then end up buying a bunch of stuff absoluley happy. Or when i see a customer comes in agtrr losing a bunch of weight and lacking confidence and i see my manager or my assistant manager be able to make her day and her into a bra

Customer first philosophy at all times. Tasks supported by additional hours when store is not open to public.
