We’re the leading voice - of honesty, fairness, weirdness, fun and irony - in live music. All of our communication is packed with persona - we don’t write anything down that we wouldn’t say out loud. We’re conversational, upbeat and edgy with the words we choose. We think of the most straightforward way to say something, then don’t say it that way. Mix it up, keep it fresh. It’s this energy, optimism and attention to detail that personifies our company values. There’s a balance to be struck - we don’t try too hard, and we can rein in our tone when things get tense, but we’re never robotic and we’re definitely never icey.
