We do most of the work and get paid nothing.
Very little pay and not enough

They love their job and they don't quit
We get along, and have good communication

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The staff the co workers and just great positive atmosphere
Customer service satisfaction is a must I'm the work enviornment.

Too many questions about how you feel about working as a team member or a leader.

The pay is not good for us workers. We get the short end of the stick.
