my 12 years with the brand they always are supportive
Competitive, fair, easy to understand,
It's comprehensive from the standpoint of employee/dependant health.
They help you produce, sell and get compensated. And teach you ethical and high quality service to clients which is lacking in the fast pace buyer, discount brokerage space. Quality service and beyond is what they teach and execute.which leads to Happy clients&in return great compensation long term
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
End of the new fees that have been popping up.
As a start up agent with no salary, it very expensive to market and find stock.
It would be nice to own stock in the company?
Paid less than employees at other companies in the same industry.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The are very helpful and very encouraging
We always have open communication and are willing to share with one another in order to make each other better.
Family, spirit, accountability, appearance, attitude
I enjoy the team approach employed in the management group.
Collaborative and effective in their work as a team. Maybe more individual effort from some of them would bring out the true potential.

Valuing education and being the best.
Family atmosphere, great staff, and nice facilities
I love the synergy, the teamwork, and the way we prioritize agents as people, not just production machines
The culture is very important as they have branded and know for their high quality service oriented culture. And they uphold that throughout and teach it everyday.
The friendship and camaraderie between employees.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
If the energy of the work environment comes from the top, the maganing broker needs considerable coaching or be replaced.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Easy going, down to earth.
Transparency, support, opportunity, future possibilities
It was interesting meeting the people that work there and they each asked different question, but you can tell it was a "Well oiled machine" as they all were quality and caring interviewers/leaders making the decision to hire quality people.
Very professional and first class real estate firm that has quality employee, Leadership and cliental reach work wide! A great organization to work for and growth with in a ever changing Real Estate world.
Meeting with various members of the leadership team meant that each individual member felt it was important to get to know me.
