Sotheby's International Realty has the best newworking system out of all brokerage firms in the world. The out reach is over 77 countries network and the Sotheby's team is willing to work with other affiliates around the world.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was interesting meeting the people that work there and they each asked different question, but you can tell it was a "Well oiled machine" as they all were quality and caring interviewers/leaders making the decision to hire quality people.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
They help you produce, sell and get compensated. And teach you ethical and high quality service to clients which is lacking in the fast pace buyer, discount brokerage space. Quality service and beyond is what they teach and execute.which leads to Happy clients&in return great compensation long term
