Mr. Adam David Chinn has been Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President at Sotheby's since February 2017. Mr. Chinn serves as a Partner and Chief Operating Officer at Art Agency Partners LLC. He served as the Head of Transaction Support at Sotheby's since January 2016 until February 2017. Prior to firm, he served as a Partner at Centerview Partners LLC, where he joined the firm in 2007 as a co-founder. Prior to that, Mr. Chinn served as a Partner at Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz LLP since 1994, where he joined it in 1987. He served as an Independent Non-Executive Director of AID Partners Technology Holdings Limited from June 2015 to June 1, 2017. Mr. Chinn advised companies and senior executives on executive compensation. He is a graduate of New York University School of Law and Oxford University.
