We share the common platform and here the Team is very transparent and Open

listening to customer and employees outside Canada HQ
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Compensation is fair and at industry standard, and a lot of vacation days!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Better Comp plan for employees . currently set up for you to fail
What are some of the best things about your team?
Great team to work with, a lot of collaboration and everyone works well together
People are great but after most people quit the company was not worth working for so I left too.

The nature of interview and how they consider the employees freedom of choice and blending

Team work, Friendship , Collaboration , Work life balance , Entertainments
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
super buggy, very legacy in some parts, the code it was written on has never been changed just band aid fixed. Its literally a house of cards that can collapse at any time. They are light years behind all competitors. Main revenue is from renewals, once thats gone the company will collapse.
