Customers are mean and never listen to time frames of installs. They expect everything done same day. They blame the company for long install times but dont understand we have to wait for permits (that we pay for) from their township or county. Plus who waits till the dead of winter to call for heat
Positive if you enjoy a busy day
The company used to be a family atmosphere where you felt cared about. People grew up and stayed in the company for decades. Knowledge and experience rules the day. Now people stay for 2 to 3 years and go. Greed rules the day. The current Exec team has little experience & it is shows.
