Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Getting paid enough to survive for one. I feel undervalued because I work two different departments and still don't get enough hours to feed my family even though I was promised 40 hours a week
Genuine appreciation for those who really care. Better leadership and career development for those on board with the culture changes.
