What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that they don't just sit around and demand and bark orders they get in and actually help out whenever they can. They're fair to each employee. They stand up for the guys no matter how green or seaaoned they are

Just don't get paid well enough for everything that we have to put up with and make work without enough supplies or congestion
