Friendly people, work hard at their job
waste of time, worst bank cheating customers
effective crew and everyone work theirs best to make the company succed
It was local boss so you knew them
Everyone is very supportive of staff and gives us the opportunity to move up.

Listening to retail staff and hearing them

Love my job and my team
rated on performance and im quite happy with mine so i get good paid

communication is great and we work together as a team
We collaborate with each other and treat customers with respect.

coworkers are useless... less interested in working, changing them would be better
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone works hard and gets things done
we dont talk much about cultural and stuff like that but the environment is good and we have faily nice atmospere

its was quite simple interview but i can say they know there business

HR policy should be transparent. Transfer policy should be made

Love the environment and my co workers
talk to customer and work for em to make em succesfull
