Mr. Steve Cohen serves as Managing Director and Executive Vice President at Southern Glazer's Wine and Spirits, LLC (formerly Southern Wine & Spirits of America, Inc.). Mr. Cohen served as Senior Vice President and General Manager for International Business at Glazer's Inc. since September 2014. Mr. Cohen served as Senior Vice President of Marketing & Performance of Glazer's Inc. since 2012 until September 2014. Mr. Cohen was responsible for leading the marketing and strategic activities for the Diageo/Moet Hennessy portfolio for Glazer's Distributors in all dedicated markets and work closely with DMH Division State leaders in driving the effectiveness of all trade marketing and promotion initiatives. Mr. Cohen has been with Glazer's since July 2012. Prior to joining Glazer's, he served in a number of key sales positions at Diageo, including Senior Vice President of Sales for Franchise States, Vice President of Sales for Diageo Guinness '?? USA, and Vice President of National Accounts.
