Before that, Mr. Head was Director of Human Resources and Strategic Planning for Endata, Inc. in Nashville, Tennessee, from 1977 to 1984. Mr. Head received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Virginia, and his Master of Business Administration Degree from Vanderbilt University.
