Ms. Wilemia Shaw has been Senior Vice President of Human Resources Commercial & Field Operations and Interim Chief Human Resources Officer at Southern Glazer's Wine and Spirits, LLC since July 2016. Ms. Shaw leads overall human resources while assisting in the selection at Southern Glazer's Wine and Spirits, LLC. She helps lead the development and execution of the human resources strategy for the combined company, including the definition of the HR operating model to support the business. She served as Senior Vice President of Human Resources of Glazer's Inc. Previously, Ms. Shaw served as Vice President of Human Resources for Home Team Pest Defense. She is a certified trainer in Civil Treatment. Ms. Shaw earned a BS degree from Texas Woman's University.
