Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Compensation is relative, but it would be nice not to work your salaried and not salaried people 80 hours a week. People need a home life too.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Slim YOUR costs and put people in the field to work instead of us having 450 managers, 237 directors, and 150 VPs. Quit giving the executive team huge bonuses, expensive cars, and stock options and put money into operations, the bread and butter of this company.
