Great place to work. Not as innovative in some areas as one would expect. Stable employment with opportunity to grow into areas of your choosing if you have the will to fight for it.

Great benefits, safe and friendly environment, average employee stays for 10+ years, many many in the 20/30+ years category, leave accural isn't the best, advancement routes for technical is decent, not much in the way for administrative positions.

What makes you most happy at work?

Pursuing for the latest advancement in my field.
