Paul W. Geiger III — Senior Vice President of SWN Advance at Southwestern Energy Company

Mr. Paul W. Geiger III has been Senior Vice President of SWN Advance at Southwestern Energy Company since August 7, 2017 and served as its Executive Vice President of Corporate Development and New Ventures since May 1, 2016 until August 7, 2017. Mr. Geilger serves as the Senior Vice President - Corporate Development. Mr. Geiger served as Senior Vice President of Corporate Development at Southwestern Energy Company since April 26, 2016. Mr. Geiger served as Division Head and Senior Vice President at Southwestern Energy Company since July 2015 until April 26, 2016. Mr. Geiger served as Senior Vice President of Southwest Appalachia Division of Southwestern Energy Co until July 2015. Mr. Geiger served as Senior Vice President of Fayetteville Shale Division at Southwestern Energy Co. Mr. Geiger served as the Senior Vice President of Eastern Business Unit at Quantum Resources Management, LLC and QR Energy, LP until April 17, 2014. Previously, he served as a Vice President of Operations at Quantum Resources and QR Energy, LP. He had responsibility for production engineering and asset operations. He was also responsible for exploitation in the Ark-La-Tex and Gulf Coast areas. Mr. Geiger has background in operations management and engineering, enhanced oil recovery and business and technical and business optimization of assets. He served in operations management, HSE, business and technical positions of increasing responsibility with several oil and gas companies including Southwestern Energy, Anadarko Petroleum, Howell Petroleum and Burlington Resources (Meridian Oil). Previously, he has served in various officer and board positions for the Society of Petroleum Engineers and the Petroleum Association of Wyoming. He serves on the Board of the East Texas Saltwater Disposal Company and the Board of Education for Trinity Lutheran School. He has lead teams which captured over 200MMBoe of incremental proven reserves from mature, US onshore assets. Through his business development, private equity and MLP experience, Mr. Geiger has participated in over $20 Billion in asset transactions. Mr. Geiger holds a B.S. in Petroleum Engineering and an M.B.A. in Finance from the University of Texas.
