The company is going through tough times due to the natural gas market (low-pricing) and a vigorous turnaround strategy. They're on the upward curve of that now and things are beginning to change, but despite the downturn and past changes that hit the company, the people remain focused on success.

Friendly, helpful and approachable, the Leadership Team is highly collaborative in its decision-making.

We get to work 9/80 schedules, so we get every other Friday off if we work an hour longer the rest of the 9 days preceding. Vacation is great for incoming employees with industry experience. It is NOT PTO, it's bona fide vacation.

Co-workers and team mates are helpful and friendly, talented and forthright.

The people make the company , including executive leadership. It is a culture focused on environmental stewardship as much as on financial and operational results. It's a kindhearted but hard-working atmosphere.

I liked that the HR recruiter and hiring team was proactively engaged from start to finish, and the hiring process did not take more than about 20 days.

I enjoy the work I do, my assignments and the interactions with the team and management to get things accomplished. I get a feeling of satisfaction from most of my work, which keeps me engaged and interested.
