Micro managers , do work, stop bullying,
Don't micromanage your colleagues. Accept responsibility rather than passing it on someone else.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Annual leave , flexi time
Annual leave is good. WFH but stop asking what he person is doing all the time.

Stop back stabbing your colleagues and seeing them as a treat to move up the ladder.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
some colleagues can be friendly but some on the same team not as they see competition to raise up the ladder by stamping down on team members.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
If you get involved with office politic and that is your thing, this will be great company for you.

Questions was based on experience and competency.
Group interview then a panel interview.

Working with happy colleagues and no get involved in toxic politics
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Stop the politics in the work place or at least reduce it and just get on with the work.
