What makes you most happy at work?

Everything about my job amd company makes me feel like i won the lottery. Maybe its because i came from the customer service industry which is so negative and stressful but i love my job.

Helping to solve problems. Being productive. Knowing that my opinion is valued.

Just working with lots of smart, nice people.
