Really flexible

Great - i was never denied a PTO request and was able to take time off even at the last minute.
Does Sovos have any remote positions?
A handful but they are extremely rare.
How does Sovos make decisions around promotions?
They understand the importance of how management styles work with company culture and influences everyone's overall work experience. This company has the best leadership team I've ever experienced.
How's the vacation policy at Sovos?
Sovos has an unlimited PTO policy. They dont micromanage how much time you take off (as long as it's reasonable), the caveat being that you can't accrue time to be paid out when you leave the company.
